A great exercise that I learnt from a Kinesiologist to help you balance out your thinking. Simply place a A4 or A3 piece of paper on the wall, start off in the centre and draw a figure of 8 out from the centre, and just let your eyes follow the pen but keep looking in the middle of the piece of paper. Its really good way to make your hand writing neater, and helps you to think with both parts of your brain.
